This guide provides step-by-step instructions on managing quizzes, grading, certificates, lessons, and content for courses on the Uni8 platform.
This screen is designed for managing lessons and content within the course.
Sections and Lessons:
Add Section: Create new sections to group related lessons or content.
Lesson Title: Add a title for each lesson.
Media Upload: Upload relevant media (e.g., videos, images) for the lesson.
Additional Files: Provide additional resources or downloadable files, such as PDFs, documents, etc.
Lesson Content: Add and edit text content for each lesson.
Quizzes: You can associate quizzes with specific lessons for students to complete after going through the lesson content.
This screen allows you to create and manage quizzes within a course.
Add Content: Add new sections or content to the course, such as quizzes or lessons.
Quiz Structure:
Question Titles: Enter the title and description for each quiz question.
Answer Options: Add multiple-choice options with the ability to select the correct answer.
Settings: Configure quiz settings, such as grading options, timing, and quiz introduction.
This screen allows administrators or instructors to manually review and grade quiz results for students.
Quiz Title: Displays the title of the quiz that is being reviewed.
Question Section: Shows each question, along with the correct answers and the user’s selected answers.
Correct Answer (Green): Indicates the correct answer that the student chose.
Wrong Answer (Red): Indicates a wrong answer selected by the user.
Grade Input: Instructors can manually assign a grade for each question if needed.
Score Summary: On the right side, the total score of the quiz is shown, including:
Percentage (%): Total score percentage.
Points (45/50): Total correct answers out of the total possible points.
Pass/Fail: Indicates whether the student has passed or failed.
Submit Grade: After reviewing, the instructor can submit the grade for final review.
Save Draft: Allows the instructor to save the grading progress before final submission.
This screen provides options for designing and customizing certificates for students who complete the course.
Certificate Issue Rules: Define when certificates are issued:
Finish 100%: Certificate is issued upon completion of all lessons and quizzes.
Finish Quiz: Certificate is issued when all quizzes are completed.
Finish Mandatory Quiz: Certificate is issued upon completion of mandatory quizzes only.
Certificate Design:
Title: Customize the certificate title (e.g., “Certificate of Completion”).
Subtitle: Add a subtitle to the certificate (e.g., “This certificate is awarded to…”).
Show Student Name: Toggle to display the student's name on the certificate.
Course Subtitle: Add a custom subtitle for the course.
Include Issued Date: Toggle to include the date the certificate was issued.
Unique Serial Number: Option to include a unique serial number on the certificate.
Certificate Background: Upload a custom background for the certificate design.
