Publish & Custom Domain

Make your site live and connect your own domain.

Publishing Pages​

Publish a Page​

  1. Open page in Page Builder
  2. Click Publish button
  3. Page is now live

Default Domain​

Every community gets a free subdomain:

your-community.uni8.ai

This works immediately after setup.

Custom Domain​

Connect Your Domain​

  1. Go to Settings > Website > Domain
  2. Enter your domain (e.g., community.example.com)
  3. Click Verify

DNS Configuration​

Add these records at your domain registrar:

For subdomain (recommended):

Type: CNAME
Name: community (or your subdomain)
Value: cname.uni8.ai

For root domain:

Type: A
Name: @
Value: [IP provided in settings]

Verification​

  1. Add DNS records
  2. Wait for propagation (up to 48 hours)
  3. Click Verify in settings
  4. SSL certificate auto-provisions

SSL Certificate​

  • Automatic HTTPS for all domains
  • Free SSL via Let's Encrypt
  • Auto-renews before expiry
