Approval Forms

Require approval before members can join.

Enable Approval Mode​

  1. Go to Membership > Settings
  2. Enable Require Approval
  3. Configure form fields
  4. Save

Form Fields​

Add custom questions:

  • Text fields
  • Select options
  • File uploads
  • Required/optional

Approval Workflow​

Review Applications​

  1. Go to Membership > Applications
  2. View pending applications
  3. Review responses
  4. Approve or reject

Notifications​

  • Applicants notified of decision
  • Custom approval/rejection messages
