Register for community events and enroll in courses to expand your learning.

Events​

Finding Events​

Discover upcoming events:

  1. Go to Events section
  2. Browse upcoming events
  3. Filter by:
    • Date
    • Event type
    • Location (online/in-person)
    • Price (free/paid)

Event Details​

Each event shows:

  • Event title and description
  • Date and time
  • Location or virtual link
  • Ticket types and prices
  • Available spots
  • Registration deadline

Event Registration​

Registering for an Event​

  1. Click on the event
  2. Select ticket type
  3. Click Register or Get Tickets
  4. Fill registration form
  5. Complete payment (if paid event)
  6. Receive confirmation

Registration Forms​

Events may ask for:

  • Your contact information
  • Dietary preferences (for in-person)
  • Special requirements
  • Custom questions

Events often have different tickets:

Managing Your Registrations​

Viewing Your Events​

  1. Go to Account > My Events or Registrations
  2. See all registered events
  3. View upcoming and past events

Registration Details​

For each registration, view:

  • Event information
  • Your ticket type
  • Registration confirmation
  • Event link (for virtual events)
  • Check-in QR code

Getting Your QR Code​

For events with check-in:

  1. Find your registration
  2. Click View QR Code
  3. Show at event check-in
  4. Or add to digital wallet

Canceling Registration​

If you can't attend:

  1. Go to your registrations
  2. Find the event
  3. Click Cancel Registration
  4. Confirm cancellation

Note: Refund policies vary by event. Check before canceling.

Attending Events​

Virtual Events​

For online events:

  1. Check your registration for event link
  2. Join at the scheduled time
  3. Links may be sent via email
  4. Some require login to access

In-Person Events​

For physical events:

  1. Bring your QR code
  2. Arrive at the venue
  3. Check in at registration desk
  4. Show QR code to staff

Event Reminders​

You'll typically receive:

  • Confirmation email after registration
  • Reminder 1 day before
  • Reminder 1 hour before (optional)
  • Post-event follow-up

Finding Courses​

Discover available courses:

  1. Go to Courses section
  2. Browse course catalog
  3. Filter by:
    • Topic/category
    • Difficulty level
    • Price (free/paid)
    • Duration

Course Details​

Each course shows:

  • Title and description
  • Instructor information
  • Course outline/curriculum
  • Duration and lessons
  • Price
  • Student reviews (if available)

Course Enrollment​

Enrolling in a Course​

  1. Click on the course
  2. Review course details
  3. Click Enroll or Start Learning
  4. Complete payment (if paid)
  5. Begin learning

Your progress is automatically tracked:

  • Lessons completed
  • Time spent
  • Quiz scores
  • Overall percentage

Viewing Progress​

  1. Go to My Courses
  2. See progress bar for each course
  3. Click course for detailed view

Completion Requirements​

To complete a course:

  • Watch all video lessons
  • Complete required quizzes
  • Pass with minimum score (if required)
  • Finish all mandatory lessons

Quizzes & Assessments​

Taking Quizzes​

  1. Navigate to quiz lesson
  2. Read questions carefully
  3. Select your answers
  4. Submit when complete
  5. View your score

Quiz Types​

Earning Certificates​

Upon course completion:

  1. Complete all required content
  2. Pass all required quizzes
  3. Certificate automatically generated
  4. Download or share

Viewing Certificates​

  1. Go to My Courses
  2. Select completed course
  3. Click View Certificate
  4. Download as PDF

Certificate Information​

Certificates typically include:

  • Your name
  • Course name
  • Completion date
  • Instructor/organization
  • Unique certificate ID

Sharing Certificates​

  • Download PDF for your records
  • Share on LinkedIn
  • Add to your resume
  • Print for display

Managing Your Learning​

My Courses​

Access all your courses:

  1. Go to My Courses or Learning
  2. See enrolled courses
  3. Filter by status:
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Not Started

Course Bookmarks​

Some platforms allow:

  4. Log out and back in
  1. Check event time hasn't passed
  2. Ensure you're registered
  3. Look for updated link in email
