The Settings section in the Uni8 platform allows community managers to manage and customize various aspects of their community. This section is essential for maintaining the community's branding, managing subscriptions, and setting up payment gateways.
1. General Settings
Community Overview:
Community Name: Enter the name of your community. This name will appear in emails, notifications, and the dashboard.
Description: Provide a brief description of your community, explaining its purpose and goals.
2. Billing
Current Plan:
Displays your current subscription plan and its details.
Upgrade Plan: If you wish to access more features, you can upgrade your plan by clicking this button.
Cancel Subscription: If you decide to discontinue your plan, you can cancel it here.
Billing History: View a record of all payments made for membership renewals, ticket purchases, and other transactions.
3. Payment Gateway
Payment Gateway Setup:
Connect Stripe: Stripe is the default payment gateway for global users. Click "Connect" to link your Stripe account and start collecting payments from your community members.
Connect Payoo: Payoo is available for users in Vietnam. Click "Connect" to integrate Payoo with your community for seamless payment processing.
The Settings section ensures that your community runs smoothly by allowing you to manage subscriptions, monitor billing, and handle payment transactions efficiently. By customizing these settings, you can create a more tailored experience for your community members.
