The Website Settings section in Uni8 allows you to customize and manage the overall settings of your community’s website. Here's how you can navigate and utilize the features available in this section:
1. General Settings
Page Title: This option allows you to define the title of your website, which will be displayed on the browser tab. Make sure it reflects your community's purpose, e.g., "Uni8 Community - Home".
Logo Upload:
You can upload your community’s logo for both light and dark modes. This logo will appear on your website’s header. Toggle the switch if you want to display your community's name next to the logo.
Favicon Upload:
Upload a small image (32x32 pixels) to be used as the favicon. This image will be shown on the browser tab next to your page title.
History:
The history section tracks the recent activities and changes made to your website settings, such as publishing, domain changes, page title updates, and more. This helps you keep track of changes and roll back if necessary.
2. Publishing
Uni8.ai Domain:
Choose a default domain for your website under the Uni8.ai domain (e.g., yourcommunity.uni8.ai). Ensure the name is alphanumeric and includes dashes if necessary.
Custom Domain (Pro Feature):
If you have a Pro or Enterprise plan, you can add and manage your custom domain here. This is useful for branding and gives your community a professional appearance.
Custom SSL (Enterprise Feature):
Enterprise users can add a custom SSL certificate to ensure the security and credibility of their website. This option is available for domains with active SSL certificates.
Note: Ensure you save all changes made within each section to apply them to your website.
These settings allow you to customize your website efficiently while keeping your branding and security intact.
