Viewing Your Plan

Current Plan Status

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. View:
    • Current plan name
    • Billing cycle (monthly/yearly)
    • Next billing date
    • Payment method

Usage Statistics

See what you're using:

  • Member count vs limit
  • Storage used vs limit
  • Admin seats used

Upgrading Your Plan

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading when:

  • Reaching member limits
  • Need custom domain
  • Want to remove Uni8 branding
  • Require priority support
  • Need API access

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Review price difference
  5. Confirm payment method
  6. Click Upgrade

Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-cycle:

  • Only pay the difference
  • New features activate immediately
  • Next bill reflects new plan

Downgrading

Before Downgrading

Check these limits:

  • Member count within new limits
  • Storage within new limits
  • Admin seats within limits
  • Features you'll lose

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Review what changes
  5. Confirm downgrade

Note: Downgrade takes effect at end of billing period.


Billing Management

Payment Methods

Supported payment options:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • (Varies by region)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Click Update
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Click Save

Billing History

View past invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download invoices as PDF

Annual vs Monthly

Monthly Billing

  • Pay each month
  • More flexibility
  • Higher total cost

Annual Billing

  • Pay once per year
  • Typically 15-20% discount
  • Commit for full year

Switching Billing Cycle

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Change to Annual/Monthly
  3. Review new pricing
  4. Confirm change

Cancellation

Before Canceling

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within retention period
